PLEASE NOTE: TIMED DELIVERY AND SATURDAY DELIVERY OPTIONS ARE TEMPORARILY UNAVAILABLE.

Dear Customer – 
If you are based in the Midlands we can deliver your order via our own vehicles (Minimum Spend Applies depending on the distance). Or you can collect from our West Midlands Warehouse.

Please Note: For all online orders we currently aim to dispatch all orders on the same day (cut off point applies – 3.00PM) to reach you on our Standard 1-3 working days service.

The cost for under 1.2 metre lengths is £6.95 and for over lengths it is £11.00 for a next day service (up to 20 kg) – There after it will be per kg charged on top of the 20 kilo rate.

Please note, if your order contains lengths which are 1.2 metres or above, to qualify for a delivery without a surcharge, please make sure your net order value (excluding VAT and carriage) is £30 or above (Increase the total net value of your basket by adding more items to avoid the surcharge)

The surcharge is £10 included into the delivery price, only for orders below £30 net.

An email will be sent to you confirming your order number.

Note – If your order is received short or damaged in anyway or form, you must notify the driver who must update the courier portal.
Following on from this, we also need to be notified within 24 hours of receipt of goods. Failure to notify within this time frame may result in your courier claim being voided / rejected.

Onsite deliveries – Direct Channel cannot be held accountable in circumstances when goods have been signed off on building sites and then later cannot be found. This is on the responsibility of the customer.

If your order is being dispatched by a palletized courier company (Masterfreight or APC Pallet), there must be a forklift on site to retrieve the pallet from the truck.
Failure to have a forklift on site can result in a redelivery 1 – 2 days after this first attempted delivery.
Redelivery charges will be passed onto the customer if we are not notified, prior to the order being confirmed, that there is no forklift on site.

We may be able to send out your order in one of our own vehicles or send it via a palletised system.
